Unauthorized purchase made by Son

I cannot believe i have had to put this on here... I have tried live chat numerous times but this is where they are pointing me...

My son who has autism has made 19 transactions that i did not authorise when i was out of the country for work, he has little understanding of money so he was just putting eafc points on whenever he wanted. 

i explained my situation to multiple live chat staff and  they all have been little to no use. i have all of my invoice numbers. im not sure what else to do as i feel completely powerless, live chat simply do not care. I also tried to escalate to managment to see if they could help only to be told that they do not have a management process!

Im hoping a community manager picks this up and resolves this as i have been a ea customer since 2009, they have made their fair share of money from me which isnt a problem... as long as it was me spending my money!

If somebody can reach out fast and fix this for me i would appreciate it.

    I've yet to hear a reason WHY they should be helping him, HE made the mistake, nobody else, HIM, when he allowed his son to have access to his credit card.

    Nobody else is to blame but HIM

    Because, let's be fair, why should we believe he even has a son and didn't just spend a lot of money, got nothing from it, and now is trying to get his money back?

    I’ve heard this happens alot and they have a strict no refund policy on FC points and content yet your bank will likely be more sympathetic.
