Hi there, I incorrectly received a permanent ban of EAFC I have appealed and since received a email from Ea saying they have re investigated my account and the ban was placed by mistake and that I could carry on playing the game. I have tried accessing the game but still unable to get onto football ultimate team. Can anyone help please ?

HiEA_Lanna im on ps5 I’ve loaded up the game but still not able to access the online game mode and being trying to access via the phone app and that isn’t working either
i’m also having the same issue as u and i play on ps5 asw. what’s the point in sending me a email saying im unbanned but when i try to login it says that my account is still disabled
EA_Lanna Save issue here, is there anyway to fix this? I am on ps5 and cannot get into online mode.
