Unrealistic transfers

Why are there so many 80+ rated players in the championship? You'd never see it in real life, the players would either have a rating drop or move to a bigger club. Another problem regarding unrealistic transfers are huge players moving to mid table clubs, I saw a 89 rated Phil Foden sign for Nottingham Forest and Declan Rice sign for Bournemouth.
