I guess EA Sports don't care pc players. I'm waiting for next update

Have you configured your graphics settings correctly?

For example if you have a Nvidia card, you could set Low latency mode to ON in the Nvidia control panel for FC 26. This can help for example.

HERE ARE SOME IMPORTANT SETTINGS:

Latency & Frame Pacing

• Low Latency Mode: On

Not Ultra. Ultra can cause oscillation in frame pacing in FC titles. “On” gives the best balance.

• Max Frame Rate: Off

You’ll cap in‑game or via RTSS for cleaner frametimes.

• Power Management Mode: Prefer maximum performance

Prevents downclocking during menus and cutscenes.

G‑Sync & V‑Sync Logic

• Vertical Sync: Off

You’ll control V‑Sync elsewhere (see below).

• Monitor Technology: G‑Sync Compatible / G‑Sync

(Whatever your display supports.)

Image Quality

• Texture Filtering – Quality: High performance

FC 26 is CPU‑bound; this reduces overhead.

• Texture Filtering – Trilinear Optimization: On

• Texture Filtering – Anisotropic Sample Optimization: On

• Texture Filtering – Negative LOD Bias: Allow

• Anisotropic Filtering: Application-controlled

• Antialiasing – FXAA: Off

• Antialiasing – Mode: Application-controlled

• Antialiasing – Transparency: Off

Other Key Toggles

• Threaded Optimization: On

• Triple Buffering: Off

• Shader Cache Size: Unlimited

• Preferred Refresh Rate: Highest available

• CUDA GPUs: All

• Low Latency Mode: On (repeated here because it’s the most important setting)

Brother, but in my case, for low latency, I only have the option of ultra or disabled.

I have the same issue, I've tried EVERYTHING. literally EVERYTHING this is a game glitch EA needs to solve it. 

it's the pc version, it's poorly optimized. It's not your hardware, the best solution is to run the game in low settings, any other setting introduces input delay
