Viktor Bjarki Daðason - Not in the game

This player is not in the game even though he has scored against Barcelona and Bayern in the champions league, he is a very prized Icelandic player and I would like to Evo him.

Left 2 rush games in a row because of 3 AFK players and got banned. Why?
What punishment do they get for ruining the mode? Why am I being chastised? Silly EA do not want you playing the game you paid for. I shall be going AFK in that mode too.
