Web and Companion Apps not working

The web & companion apps are not working. They keep saying unable to connect to ea servers

Hey Divaplayer​ Could you share a screenshot of the error you’re getting on the Web and Companion apps? And if you can, try testing it on another device or network to see if it still happens.
