Web App Player not showing on PC

I opened a preview pack on Sept 17 on the web app and got a valuable player but I didnt have fifa points at the time. Yesterday I logged in to my account on PC for the first time (the team was reset) and I had the 150 fifa points needed but the preview pack I opened wasnt there (24 hours didnt pass). Anything I can do?
