White screen bug

I was playing career mode and my scoreboard in the top left want showing, so I went to turn it on in settings and I accidentally pressed “restore default settings” or something like that. It then turned my whole screen white. I’ve tried restarting the game, restarting xbox and nothings working. I load up the game and it’s just a white screen and every now and then I can see the Home Screen flash up but I cannot do anything.
