Its very simple
EA believe that as long as they make the game "hard", they can call it a challenge, if people win said challenge, it's fun.
And what is the easiest way to make it hard? Give the AI massive boosts and your own team nerfs
Therefore it is now a challenge.
And yes, EA themselves have admitted this, if you are not having "fun" its because you are not good enough to play the game and therefore it is your fault and not theirs.
They ignore the fact every single game is the same
They ignore the massive amounts of scripting where 99/100 tackles go straight to AI players, often defying the laws of physics
They ignore strikers making idiot runs
They ignore midfielders suddenly stopping making runs
They ignore defenders just randomly walking off
They ignore players standing offside for decades
They simply say "if you are not having fun, you are bad at the game"
After all, this is the company that penalises players for using the forfeit match function when they cannot win a game. They literally included a function and penalised people who used it.
The offside thing is getting worst you can’t believe in a single game I had scored up to 4 offside goal , it wasn’t worst like this before
