Will creating an EA account in FC 25 affect FC 26 pre-order bonuses?

I pre-ordered FC 26 Ultimate Edition on a new PSN account with no prior EA games or linked accounts. I plan to buy FC 25 on the same PSN account and create a new EA account in FC 25. Will this affect my FC 26 pre-order bonuses? Can I use the same EA account for FC 26, or do I need a new one?

You can absolutely use the same account to play both FC 25 and FC 26. It won't impact any of the pre-order bonuses you'll get in FC 26, no, as it's an antirely separate game to FC 25.
