World tour cup issues

I posted this a couple weeks ago in bug reports but received no response, so posting here instead as it is causing major inconvenience.

As soon as I start any game in the season 2 world tour cup the game disconnects, my DNF modifier has been affected by it now on numerous occasions, I have seen other posts about it happening every few games but for me it's every game. It's disappointing as it is effecting my time on the game and making me unable to earn the rewards.
