No win after disconnect in Draft

I lost 3 FUT Drafts in a row right at kick-off after the „connection was lost to the opponent“, my connection was and is completely fine, as I was still connected to the EA servers and in UT. It happened twice after the first win and right at the 1st game once.  I saw NickRTFM got compensation for the same issue. 
Contacted the support twice, was told to post here instead.
Very frustrating. 
They advertised this in the trailer too. False advertising I suppose.
