Login failed
Hello EA Support,
I am experiencing a login issue with EA SPORTS FC Mobile 26.
After performing a factory reset on my Android 11 device, I downloaded the game again from Google Play.
However, when I open the game, I immediately receive a "Login Failed" error message before I even get the option to choose how to sign in (Google, Facebook, or EA account).
This means I cannot reach the account selection screen at all.
I have already tried clearing cache/data, reinstalling the game, updating Google Play Services, and using different networks, but the problem persists.
Could you please confirm if this is a server-side issue or something related to my device setup?

Try uninstalling the game, then check your device’s region settings and change them if needed. After that, reinstall the game and see if the issue persists.
Also make sure your time, date, and region are set correctly and that your device has all the latest updates installed.
