“You have lost your online connection”

The past two days I have been trying to play but I cannot connect to the ea servers, even though I have wifi and internet connection. I can connect to the ea servers to play bf6. This is purely an eafc issue and is incredibly frustrating with winter wild cards coming I wanted to play.

Platform is Xbox.

Hey 7_SLSG not seeing any issues on our side for the past few days so this is likely network or ISP based.

As such, best thing to do is start by trying the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/technical-issues/problems-connecting-online/

Exactly same issue. Game gets DC while in menus/ doing sbc/ playing online/ squad battle/ every second game gets DC
facing this since Black Friday promo
not able to play a single fut champs on weekend since the promo.

have tried all the possible solutions on ea/ Reddit/ YouTube/ this forum

have been doing since the problem onset since Black Friday promo.

That green badge starts loading while the game is working even squad battles and then I lose connection, frequently also happens after substitution in second half
