10 hour trial

I just bought 1 month of ea play just to play the 10 hours, i downloaded the trial it seemed to work just fine until I had to Pick my club and after that it just Froze, ive tried restarting my PlayStation, picking a new team and waited on the frozen screen, but nothing has helped, ive already used 45 minutes of my trial trying to get in but nothing works
