10 minute loading into ultimate team

I don’t play other game modes I’m trying to play UT … also my NAT type is 2… I don’t think the issue is on my end.  

also I don’t mean to sound rude at all so I apologize if I do… just beyond frustrated… I only play  this game so I haven’t been able to play anything in almost a week and I’ve put lots of money into this game just to not be able to play it ….

Alright, if you've already tried all the steps in there, we'll try something else. Do other online game modes within FC also have issues, or is it just UT? Also, if you go to your PlayStation Settings → Network → View Connection Status, what NAT type is it showing?

I have already done what it suggests in your link multiple times already now still not working …. It’s been days …..

Cheers for the list of steps you've tried. We have a troubleshooting article with a few more things you can do. Hopefully one of the steps there will solve your issue.

Here’s some screen shots. When I log in usually it will just go nowhere and stay stuck in loading screen or if it loads it just stays stuck after trying to move then it gives me this message after awhile … does this every time now for days … 

Also went into safe mode in ps5 rebuilt dats base … this shouldn’t be that difficult… cant yall just make a playable game ? Why do we need to become computer scientists in order to play a video game ?! 

I’ve done literally everything….. the game doesn’t load past the loading screen for UT and if it does it crashes shortly after every single time or freezes …. 

I can’t think of everything I did already but here’s what I remember so far … 

uninstall and reinstalled like 50 times

Change DNS 

Restart router, unplugged, router closed game restarted game 

And so much more other stuff it’s been almost a week now can’t play the game sure put a lot of money into it though this is fun….

Thank you both for reporting this! Just to check, since you've both already done troubleshooting, could you share what you're already tried? That way I won't recommend something you've already done.

In the meantime, if you havne't done so already, I'd recommend performing a power cycle to clear any cache files that could be causing issues:

• Touch the power button on the front of the console for at least seven seconds until the system beeps twice.
• Turn it back on after one minute.

Same issue it’s been almost a week and can’t find a solution beyond upset …
