2 times app crash in 4 games

Dear EA Sports team, in the recent 4 games I’ve experienced 2 app crashes, on in which was the final game for Division 1 title. And because of these app crashes, it’s counted as a defeat for me… Is it not possible to not count that match if it is trully an application error ? Also, servers lately in Romania run very poor, with some lag experienced during the matches even if ping as 15-20..
