5 star skills sbc

I completed the 5 star skills sbc today and wanted to use it on my 87 rated Pina card, however I was very surprised when the evo had a max 85 rated requirement, I dont recall that information being listed when I completed the sbc??

will this be compensated or will the sbc/evo be fixed?
