FC 26 Ultimate Team Unplayable with RTX 3050ti GPU

Same issues. Play 5 games. 6th goes in halftime to 10 fps. 

Unplayable game 

I have the same problem. I have an AMD Ryzen 7 7435H laptop and an RTX 3050. I can't play the game even on the lowest settings. I get 10-14 fps. This shouldn't be happening. FC 26 has terrible optimization! Please fix this as soon as possible!

Further to this i have disconnection issues where the game gives black screen and restarts my pc.

I'm running a GIGABYTE Aorus pro motherboard with Ryzen 5900x, 32gb DDR4 Ram and RTX 3070 ti graphics card and a **bleep** tonne of cooling in the pc housing so i know this isnt pc performance related.

Updated BIOS and any outdated drivers too just to be certain and have a wired internet connection that never drops.

The trigger for crashing isnt an in game specific thing as sometimes it can happen on a menu page, its basically random which suggest to me its something happening in your code behind.

I also had this issue with a previous FC game on EA play and the fix was to play on Steam instead of this **bleep** EA play. Unfortunately, we cant transfer the download to steam without buying the game again :(

I am reaching out because I am experiencing a major performance issue with EA Sports FC 26. Despite having an active EA Play Pro subscription, I have not been able to properly play FC 26 even twice since day one.
The game suffers from extreme lag, heavy stuttering, and frequent freezing, making it completely unplayable.

This situation is surprising because my system has always run all previous FIFA titles and FC 25 smoothly, without any performance problems. Since purchasing FC 26, I have reinstalled the game multiple times, checked drivers, updated Windows, and tried every recommended fix — but the issue still persists.

Right now, I am forced to play FC 25, a version that has many problems and is not a suitable replacement. I genuinely want to enjoy FC 26 and experience the improvements everyone talks about.

I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue.
I am fully willing to cover any required costs if that helps fix the problem. If possible, I would greatly appreciate remote support via TeamViewer or AnyDesk, so that one of your technical support specialists can directly access my system and diagnose the issue.
