A bug I need help with

I am currently in an ea fc 26 fut champions game and during looking at the match highlights, a bug I didn’t know existed has happened, which doesn’t allow me to exit the replays and claim my match played. What should I do to continue and exit the replays and should I send proof of the issue currently on hand?
