A small indie company worth 50 billion dollars.

I paid 90 for the Ultimate Edition of this game on PC, but I haven’t been able to play it for days due to ongoing connection issues. It’s not just me—every PC player is experiencing the same problem, and yet EA hasn’t made a single statement about it. As someone who has been playing EA games for years, it’s honestly disappointing to see that this company hasn’t made any progress. Above all, this is disrespectful — it shows a complete lack of regard for your customers and players. I’m not even mentioning the other technical issues we’ve been dealing with. You label your games as AAA titles and price them accordingly, but the quality of service you provide is absolutely disgraceful. Days have passed, the problem remains unresolved, and there’s still no communication. You should be ashamed. This year, across all your games, you keep saying things like “We hear you, we’re listening, we value your feedback.” But we see no evidence of that whatsoever.
