Account not linked correctly

I’m having some issues with my account which is not linked with my premium pass and not showing the right division and still waiting for last 2000 Fifa points according with premium pass

What makes you think that your account is not linked correctly?

Is it not showing on linked accounts in your EA app?

It does not show progress in FC26, it shows division 7, which is division 5, and the premium pass is not connected. In addition, 2000 FIFA points are missing, as stated in the promotion when I purchased FC26
