Account stole, banned, and cant appeal
Genuinely, what do I do?
My account got stolen and banned for cheating, due to the account thiefs actions. I did appeal the bans the second I got them and all got rejected. I have talked multiple times with security team and they have secured my account and confirmed that my account has been stolen at that time I got banned for.
I have now made maybe 8 (?) appeals and around 20 tickets talking with different "experts" of teams. All appeals have been denied for a reason or another. Note that I have not broken any rules, my account was stolen.
I am no longer able to make tickets myself. My penalty history looks clear and "submit appeal" web form does not have the "email us" option when trying to send it. Do I just let my account now be and accept that I do not get unbanned because of someone else? I am not even able to talk with anyone from tos team or even explain the situation from my sight, since I can not open tickets to them myself.
Just was in support and now they told me they cant even open a ticket for me. What do I do?
