Account stuck in active cluster session – constant disconnections

Hello,

My EA account is stuck in an active cluster session.

I can enter the game, but after a few minutes I get disconnected every time.

This happens both in online and offline modes.

I have reinstalled the EA App, repaired the game, and cleared the cache, but the issue persists.

Could you please reset my account sessions / cluster lock?
