Account tasks not progressing?

The match tasks in my account are not progressing. For a week now, the game has been telling me to play 3 matches below the 7th rank in the CHALLENGERS task, but even though I did this, it didn't count and I couldn't participate in the CHALLENGERS event. The (SEASON TASK) that came yesterday is also not progressing at all, still showing 0 matches played. The match-making task in (WEEKLY TASKS) also hasn't progressed and shows 0. In short, the match-making tasks on my account aren't progressing, aren't being recorded, and I can't claim the rewards. Please fix this bug!
