Active Ea Access, game disc in, block error when starting

Hello!

I purchased Ea Access and tried FC 26 on trial. Decided to buy the game as a physical copy. Now that I am starting the game, on log-on I get a message : ”Thank you for trying FC 26. The current active profile requires an active EA Access subscription and FC 26 Trial entitlement. Please purchase EA Access and start your FC 26 Trial.” 

When I click ”ok”, I am taken to the ”The Club Is Yours” screen with ”Let’s Play” button, but nothing happens when I press a button. 

So basically I cannot open the game. It’s been like this a couple of days. My platform is Xbox One.
