Anyone Found a Workaround for the Stadium Shadow Bug?

I really struggle properly seeing what's going on when the ball crosses from a sunny to a shaded area of the pitch and vice versa, so I was thrilled when I saw that this game has a setting to turn of stadium shadows. However, this setting does not work on PlayStation 5, making some games feel unplayable for me. I understand this to be a known bug, so therefore wondering if anyone has found a temporary solution to this problem, specifically for Ultimate Team? I have tried also setting time of day to evening, but I keep getting daytime matches on stadiums with horrible shadows.
