App is not working since new patch (PS4)

Hi,

im currently running fc26 on ps4 and installed the most recent patch today. I was playing a game when the app suddenly crashed. I have been unable to open it since. I was repeatedly shown a message “CE-34224-5.”

After some research, i backed up my fc26 data in the online saved data base and initialized the ps4 and wiped it. Now I am trying re-download fc26 and part way through the download I am getting an error message and it does not work! I would appreciate some advice on how to solve this.
