Asia and Oceania rewards not claimed I have done the objectives regarding TOTW Italiano and Kewell,Tiny Tim,Hide Nakata,and I haven’t been given my rewards

i have even hard reset the game,cleared cache on my ps5 and still nothing I have attached the images of the objectives completed but no rewards were give.
