Can’t connect to pro clubs

I’m on Xbox series S and every time I try to log into pro club an error message pops up and says “unable to connect to the EA servers.” It’s not my internet connection because ultimate team works. This has been going on for a week.

  • I am facing a problem when entering the Clubs mode, as it appears to me that the connection to the EA location has failed. Please try again later, knowing that the Internet connection does not have any problem. Entering through all modes except this is prohibited. I hope for a solution. Thank you.

    Every time I try and go on pro clubs it comes up with unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again

    I continue to have this error where I am unable to connect to ea servers only for pro clubs. I am able to play every other mode but pro clubs is the only one that doesn’t work. No matter how many times I hard reset/reset router I keep receiving the “unable to connect to EA Servers”. Any help on this would be awesome as it’s been like 4 weeks with no resolution.

    I’m having an issue accessing Pro Clubs in EA SPORTS FC 26.

    When I select Pro Clubs, the game gets stuck at “Verifying connection” and then shows:

    “Unable to connect to EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again.”

    Important details:

    - Ultimate Team works normally

    - Online Seasons works normally

    - My internet connection is fine

    - Other members of my club can play without issues

    - I was able to play Pro Clubs normally on Monday

    - The issue started today and persists

    I have already tried:

    - Restarting the console (PS5)

    - Clearing local saved data

    - Leaving and being removed from my club

    - Disabling cross-play

    - Power cycling the console and router

    Nothing has resolved the issue.

    This appears to be a Pro Clubs persona sync issue affecting only my account.

    I’m unable to open a support ticket via EA Help, as it redirects me to self-service guides only.

    Could an EA Community Manager please help escalate this or reset my Pro Clubs persona?

    I'm in the same boat as you, except I'm on PS5. I've been like this since Monday and I don't know what to do or what the solution might be.
