Auto claim for TOTS BWSL Rush Missing Evo

I completed the TOTS BWSL Flash Rush objective, but when I claimed the rewards it didn’t give me the gamechanger evo, which is the sole reason I did the objective and need it for a player I am evo’ing!

it says it is completed and green ticked, and will let me open the evo preview and select a player but it still says you must earn the evo to use it, all of the group rewards were given but this one.

I’ve tried resetting console, signing in & out, checking on companion app but still nothing, I really need this evo as part of a chain.

When trying to raise via EA help, the chatbot says it needs to be raised with an online agent but then when I click to chat it then kicks me out and says they cannot help - making it doubly frustrating!

Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions to claim my missing reward? The evo chain is time sensitive so need it asap. I’m on PS5.
