Auto disconnect

How can i get my win back?? I was winning 10:3,in 78 minutes i went to make substitution and i got disconnect its seems like opponent unplug internet cable soo i lost too. But i lost that win instead of win to get in div 6 to level 10 x2 i lost that game and i lost x2 upgrade. Can EA correct that thing or not?? Or should i quit playing fifa??
