Bad fps and delay

Every time i turn vsync off and turn off limit on my fps the game lags a lot, and even when i play on vsync on online modes seems like my players are tanks, theyre moving slow, have delayed reaction and just everything feels heavy. But most important does the game have bad performance or is it me. Every other games seems fine and does not lag even on high settings.
