Banned o transfer market

Hello. Yesterday in Eafc 26 I was banned from the transfer market because I had transferred coins, but that's not the case. I opened a package from the store and got Cristiano Ronaldo tradeable and sold him. After a few hours I received an email saying I was banned for transferring coins. Can someone help me?
