bought the game on disc but still trail version
Hi,
I need help I played the trial version of EA Sports FC 26 on Xbox, and today I bought the full game on disc. However, when I start the game, my Xbox still says that my trial has expired and it won’t let me play the full version. I have already deleted the trial, reinstalled the game from the disc, restarted my Xbox, and cleared the cache, but the issue continues.
Hey belgian-waffle8 If you have another profile on your console, try installing and launching the game from that account. Also, delete any cloud save files and clear the cache on your console.
If the issue continues, please reach out to the support team so they can check your account and, if needed, remove the trial version from your profile.
