I won a Rivals match 6–3. After the match I got the message "Progress could not be updated at this time". Then the game went into maintenance. After maintenance ended, I had lost one Rivals checkpoint instead of progressing. Could you please check my account?

Usually when we run a maintenance, we disable matchmaking to avoid this scenario.
The message you are getting, I'm not familiar with it but unfortunately, we don't have the tools to change the result of the match or give you the points you need.
In the future, if you could capture the error message you received, I could have a look at it.
