Bug Transfert List

Since this morning, I haven't been able to add my players to the transfer list. I keep getting error messages like "Your transaction could not be completed" or "The transfer market is very active." I can't send players to my club or release them. I have five free slots in my transfer list and I can add players to them without any problem. But the other 95 slots are blocked.
