Bugged evos (Ultimate team)

Has anyone experienced an issue on the UT store where your trying to claim evos but EA wont you claim them. Then the game shows you an error message and then you just get kicked out of the UT store as the EA wont let you claim them. This is an issue i'm experiencing and i've tried to claim the same 2 evos on the companion app but again its the same result. For anyone who has gone through this issue and sucessfully resolved it themselves pls feel free to reply back if you want to help me.
