Bugged Market Unlock

Question

I just unlocked the Transfer Market after completing the Objectives. As soon as I tried to enter it, I reached the following message. This makes no sense because I just unlocked the marketplace.

"You've reached your limit on bid/buy actions. Please come back in 23 hours 59 mins for full access to the Transfer Market."

Here's picture proof taken from Playstation5 that the market is locked out, even though it was&nbsp;just unlocked. Additionally, it seems to work from Web Companion App, but not on the console.
