Cage champions flash rush not tracking

I am unable to complete two objectives.

I have had assists in over a dozen games but it is stuck at showing I have only 3 games with an assist. 

I have won multiple games with a peer with 80 plus passing and it has only registered as one win.

Any thoughts, ideas or similar experiences?

This has occurred over multiple game sessions since the event started, so I have logged out and restarted a number of times
