Camera zooming in and moving around - game is unplayable

Hi, I am extremely disappointed by the number of bugs in the game. I am not able to play squad battles or Rivals because the camera is too zoomed in, not allowing me to see enough of the pitch. There is no way to change this in game. It is happening repeatedly every second match. My camera settings are at tele broadcast and zoom at 0 but in random squad battle games, it zooms in on the players around the ball. Due to this, I am left extremely frustrated and have lost so many points in games I should have won in squad battles. I am appalled by the quality of the game given its price tag. Another issue is after half time the game continues in the background in squad battles so when I resume match, they AI has already scored a goal and the time has moved while in the pause menu. I have attached video of the zoom issue. Help with this issue asap please! I need compensation for the points and resolution of this issue!
