Can’t connect to UT

At first it was sorry it appears the servers are down. 35mins later now its connect to UT is not possible. what is going on

EA is performing maintenance between 7:00 and 14:00 UTC. During this time, UT and club modes will be unavailable.
When I entered the game, I received this message.
