Can’t join friends lobbies or invite them

Everytime i try to join a friends squad invitation, it loads for a few seconds and gives me the following error " There was a problem creating the Lobby. please try again ". Mind you, we’ve been playing all day and it worked fine. I’m on ps5 btw. HELP!!
