Can’t load manual career save

I always do a manual save before closing down career mode. Last session the game crashed as I completed a match and now I can’t access my manual save on that career only the auto save.

How am I supposed to get back to my manual save file? I can’t find anyway to get back to it and can only access the auto save on that career now?
