Can’t login.
My Penalty History is clear and the ToS case is closed. I believe there is an entitlement/sync issue preventing my game client from seeing the updated status.

I recently sent a registered letter to EA Headquarters, which was received and signed for yesterday. This morning, I noticed that case #241782542 has been marked as closed. I also checked my penalty history, which appears to have been cleared, suggesting that my ban has been lifted.
However, I’m still unable to log in to my account. From what I’ve found, this may be due to a synchronization issue.
Could you please perform a forced synchronization on my account so I can regain access and play again?
