Community ManagerHey there. Apologies for the frustration with UT. Let's see if this helps. I'd like you to use the web/companion app to delete your squads. Just the squads, not your players. Then, create a new squad and try loading into UT again. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Did you create an empty squad? Sometimes, that step is missed. If so, let's see if power cycling will help. Please follow these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
