can’t preload EA FC 26 with EA play pro

Question

I have the EA play pro subscription but when i try to pre load EA FC 26 it says “you are not eligible to play this game” but sometimes I can start the download and it just buffers and then says “you don’t have access. We’ve cancelled the download because you don’t own this game. To play go to the Game Hub to get the game.”

Same for me, my download button is greyed out, I can't pre-load the game for tomorrow, it says that I own the standard edition through EA Play Pro but doesn't allow me to download it

I get the same message when trying to pre load but it also tells me to try again in a few minutes. but it has been doing that since yesterday.
