Can someone answer me why I'm getting DC every first game in tourney?

Hi EA, can someone explain to me, why every first game in tournament (for example here for bronze team) every first game I got disconnect and then DNF, but then after that tournaments is working? Can someone explain? or nah?

and it's not because of connection, im using fiber 500/500
