Cannot access companion app

to clarify I don’t have fc26 but have fc25 and have been playing on Xbox and I am an avid user of companion app, first time I entered the companion app I was able to and I got all the way up to selecting my starting team by picking the leauge for the ideal chemistry until the companion app kicks me out like shown in the attachment, I have not been able to enter companion app ever since and it’s been over 24 hours, please help
