FC26 keeps shutting down my console?

I’m having this issue on Xbox and I’ve tried everything possible but still no luck. I had this problem with the beta as well and now the game. but likewise I can play any other game for hours easily. 

I’ve sent an email to EA and hopefully find a solution but if not I’ll contact the PS helpline Monday. If I hear anything I’ll let you know 

this happens for me on xbox series x also

Hi, I’ve also been having this issue on my Xbox Series X, I’ve cleaned, cleared, changed wiring etc and still had no luck. I’ve contacted Microsoft and they said to me it’s a EA issue and they can’t do anything about it. So I’ve  contacted them but currently I’ve had 0 response from Ea regarding the issue unfortunately. 

Hi, i have the same problem but in xbox one x, sadly i still cant find the solution. Maybe something happenned since with your game? 

I have the same problem on ps5....only game that causes it to power off...extremely frustrating....I would like a refund

20 days later and still nothing from EA wow. I bought the game yesterday and my PS5 has shut down 4 times trying to play it. It is simply unplayable and they do not care. 

same here on PS5 and its so annoying.I didi everything to figure it out but unfortunately no solution.but if i play my other games or while waiting on PS5 menu  ps5 doesnt shut down randomly 

Get a refund mate, I’ve tried absolutely everything even getting a refund for the ultimate edition and buying the standard edition and still the same issue, emailed ea 5 times and no reply. Get on PlayStation support and get a refund.
